morning you will start off in the upper 30s for livermore, fremont, redwood city, santa rosa napa and fairfield. low to mid-40s elsewhere. you have heard this every day in february but two. we are dry on kpix 5 high-def doppler radar. 28 day month and only two days we had rainfall. this is becoming a pretty historic dry stretch. january an february combined only one and one-third inches of rainfall in san francisco. of note march in 1852 they got a half foot of rainfall. i don't see things beginning on a wet note for the next several days as we begin march. we'll be getting warmer. a blocking dome of high pressure is giving us a northwest flow light onshore flow kind of leveling temperatures off in the 60s. even that's going to change as we head toward friday and saturday. high pressure gets closer to us, blocks even more of the moisture and gives us an offshore wind that's the wind coming out of the central valley. that's a warm flow of air for us and we'll go from the 60s to 70s coming up on friday. before we see a minor pattern change with some showers into the forecast, but not until next w
